Ilirska Bistrica to Platak Plateau
The roads on the second day are mostly paved and gravel. After crossing the Slovenian-Croatian border at Jelšane, the route runs through sparsely settled areas along the border and then starts ascending towards the south and the day’s final destination, the karst plateau Platak, which is transformed into a ski resort in the winter.
