Platak Plateau to Stari trg pri Ložu
Most of the second day also runs on gravel roads. Descend from Platak Plateau through the beautiful Risnjak National Park back towards the border and cross it at Babno polje. This area is also known as “Slovenian Siberia”, because the lowest temperature in the country was recorded here at -34.5 °C. The day ends in the village of Stari trg pri Ložu neat the intermittent Lake Cerknica.
